摘要:
在高压搅拌式定容反应釜中对几种单组分化学添加剂及组合型化学添加剂抑制天然气水合物形成的影响进行了实验研究,同时与动力学抑制剂PVP(聚乙烯吡咯烷酮)及inhibex501(乙烯基己内酰胺与乙烯基吡咯烷酮的共聚物溶于2-丁氧基乙醇)的抑制性能进行了对比。

Abstract:
In order to prevent the natural gas hydrate from plugging the pipeline,low-dosage inhibitors wereused to mitigate the formation of the hydrate in the petrole-um and gas industry in recent years. Several single chemical additives and combinative chemical additives were investigated in the high-pressure stirred tank reactor, and compared with the kinetic inhibitor PVP(polyvinlypyrrolidone) and in-hibex 501(vinylcaprolactam-vinylpyrrolidone copolymer in 2-butoxyethanol). The results showed that single chemical additives have certain inhibition effect on the natural gas hydrate formation, the inhibition time are longer in the combinative chemical additives solution; during the period of inhibition, the average rates of natural gas hydrate formation are obviously lower in the combinative chemical additives than in the PVP and inhibex 501 solutions, and the effects of inhibition in the combinative chemical additives solution are better than in the PVP and inhibex501 solutions.
