本文阐述了半导体激光吸收光谱技术(DLAS)原理,介绍了实验系统,分析了激光气体分析仪的实验结果。该分析仪具有无需采样预处理、测量精度高、响应速度快、维护工作量小等突出优势。在流化催化裂化(FCC)再生烟气的应用结果表明,该分析仪能很好地满足FCC再生烟气组分分析的需求。 |

Abstract: |
The principle of laser gas analyzer based ondiode laser absorption spectros copy (DLAS) technology isreviewed. The experimental system and the measured results of this analyzer are presented. The analyzer doesn’tneed sample pre-treatment,and has the advantages of good precision,fast response and low maintenance. The application results of the analyzer for regeneration flue gas measurement of FCC (fluid catalytic cracking) show that it can meet the needs of regeneration flue gas components analysis ofFCC. |
