油气开采过程中CO2腐蚀控制措施探讨

摘要:
针对油气田严重的CO2腐蚀问题,人们提出了各种各样的防腐蚀措施。其中,应用缓蚀剂进行腐蚀防护已被大家公认为是一种经济有效的防腐措施。本文分析了腐蚀预测和腐蚀监测对防腐工作的重要性和可行性,介绍了常用的几种防腐措施,并着重分析了缓蚀剂防腐措施的有效性。

Abstract:
The CO2 corrosion is an important issue which has troubled oil and gas field development.There has a variety of anti-corrosion measures in view of the serious CO2 corrosion problems.And the application of corrosion inhibitors for corrosion protection has been recognized as a cost-effective measure.This paper analyzed the importance and feasibility of the corrosion prediction and monitoring,introduced several commonly used anticorrosion measures,and the focus of which is on the feasibility of corrosion inhibitors for corrosion protection.
