广安轻烃回收装置分子筛脱水存在问题探析

摘要:
广安轻烃回收装置于2010年底开工。开工初期,由于分子筛脱水效果不好,轻烃回收单元低温段易发生冰堵,每隔15~20天就需要停产进行热吹。经现场多次摸索、调整分子筛热吹方案,找到了解决问题的办法,现运行效果较好。

Abstract:
Guang’an light hydrocarbon station started at the end of 2010.In the initial stage,because of the low dehydration efficiency of molecular sieve,the low-temperature part of the light hydrocarbon recovery unit is prone to ice block,and the unit is forced to be shut down and blowed with heat gas every 15 to 20 days.After many times explorations and adjustments on the spot,the solution to the problem has been found finally and the unit runs well now.
