不同结构聚醚磺酸盐的耐盐性能和起泡性能研究

摘要:
本研究合成并且测定了8种不同结构的聚醚磺酸盐表面活性剂的耐盐性能和起泡性能。结果 表明:聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐(AES)的耐盐性明显优于聚氧丙烯醚磺酸盐(APS),其中OPES-4形成中相微乳的起始盐含量和最佳盐含量最大,分别达到了20g/L和48g/L;13APS-n起泡性能随PO链节数的增加逐渐变差,AES的起泡性能比APS更好,不同疏水基链长的AES随疏水基碳链增长表面活性剂起泡性能变差,疏水基链较短的13AES-3的起泡性能最好;NaCl和CaCl2的加入对AES的起泡性能影响较小,对APS的起泡性能影响较大。

Study on Salt Tolerance and Foaming Property of Polyalkoxylated Ether Sulfonates with Different Structures

Abstract:
Eight polyalkoxylated ether sulfonates with different structures were synthesized,and their salt tolerance and foaming property were measured.The results showed that salt tolerance property of polyoxyethylene ether sulfonates(AES) is obviously better than that of polyoxypropylene ether sulfonates(APS),and the middle phase microemulsion formulated by OPES-4 has the maximum starting and optimum salt content,reached 20g/L and 48g/L respectively.Foaming property of 13APS-n becomes worse with the increase of PO chain number,and foaming property of AES is better than that of APS.Among AES with different hydrophobic chain lengths,the foaming property of surfactant becomes poor with the increase of hydrophobic chain lengths,and 13AES-3 with shorter hydrophobic chain length has the best foaming ability.The addition of NaCl and CaCl2 has little influence on the foaming ability of AES,but great influence on that of APS.
