摘要:
针对石南21井区油藏特点,开展了弱冻胶深部调剖技术的研究。室内试验研究了弱冻胶的封堵性能,并研究了注入量、注入速度、注入时机、堵剂放置位置和组合顺序对弱冻胶驱油效果的影响。研究结果表明:弱冻胶体系对油相渗透率影响较小,能够有效改善剖面非均质性;当弱冻胶注入量0.3Vp、堵剂注入注采井距3∶10时,单位体积堵剂的采收率增值最大;弱冻胶注入速度越小,水驱后转注时机越早,驱油效果越好;弱冻胶组合顺序为先弱后强的采收率增值大于组合顺序为先强后弱的采收率增值。

Study on the In-Depth Profile Control Technology of Weak Gels for Low Permeability Reservoir in Shinan 21 Well Area

Abstract:
Based on the characteristics of oil reservoir in Shinan 21 well area,technology of weak gels for in-depth profile control was studied.Plugging capacity of weak gels was investigated in lab.Moreover,the various factors such as injection pore volume,injection rate,injection timing,injection depth and injection sequence on the recovery were also investigated in laboratory.The experiment indicates that the system has few effects on oleic permeability,which can improve profile heterogeneity effectively.Besides,enhanced recovery of unit volume reached the maximum when the injection pore volume was 0.3Vp and the inject-produc distance of weak gel reached 3∶10.The smaller the injection rate of weak gel,the earlier the in-depth profiling,the larger the enhancement in oil recovery was.The recovery of the weak gel injecting in order stronger after weaker was larger than that in order weaker after stronger.
