广西石化公司炼油厂节能降耗初探

摘要:

广西石化公司炼油厂定位为"大规模、短流程、燃料型",是中国石油在南方新建的第一个加工能力1 000×104 t/a的大型炼油企业,并于2010年9月8日一次投产试车成功。炼厂投产以后,如何降低企业能耗,增加经济效益,成为当前面临的一项重要工作。结合生产实际,对全厂生产系统、燃料系统、蒸汽系统、水系统以及能源管理等方面的节能降耗措施进行了初步的探讨。

Abstract:

Guangxi Petrochemical Company refinery is defined as "large-scale,short process,fuel type",which is the first new large oil refining enterprise with processing capacity of 10×106 t/a established in south China by PetroChina,and achieved success in the first production test on September 8,2010.After it was put into production,how to reduce the enterprise energy consumption and increase the economic benefit becomes an important job.The energy saving measures of all production systems,fuel systems,steam system,water system and energy management are discussed primarily combining with the production practice.
