CT6-4B和CT6-5B硫磺回收催化剂的应用分析

摘要:
介绍了CT6-4B、CT6-5B硫磺回收催化剂在独山子石化公司硫磺回收装置上的应用情况。特别是在装置加工负荷超过设计值50%的高负荷工况下,以及装置在线分析仪失灵、二级转化器掺混阀卡涩等异常工况下,两种催化剂的活性均保持良好,保证了装置的尾气达标排放。这些使用经验对同类装置该催化剂的使用有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:
It introduces the application situation of catalysts CT6-4B and CT6-5B in sulfur recovery units of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company.When the processing load exceeds design condition 50%,with the abnormal situation such as on-line analyzer failure and mixing valve of the grade 2 converter jam,etc.,both of the catalysts show good characteristics,which can ensure the tail gas reach the emission standard.All of the application experiences present a reference for similar devices using same catalysts.
