摘要:

天然气超音速分离管技术是一种全新的天然气脱水和脱重烃技术,同常规技术相比,具有投资少、效率高、能耗低、体积小等优点,但是存在处理过程压力损失过大的缺点。文中通过分析,探讨了超音速分离管技术在海上平台天然气脱水和烃露点控制工艺中的应用,并与常规的天然气处理技术进行了比较。

Abstract:

Super sonic separator is a new technology for natural gas dehydration and dehydrocarbon.Comparing to the traditional natural gas dehydration technology,it has advantages of low investments,high efficiency,low power consumption and small equipment dimension,but it has the disadvantage of high pressure drop.This paper discussed the application feasibility of the new technology on offshore platform dehydration and dehydrocarbon process,made a comparison with the traditional natural gas dehydration technology.
