低处理量乙二醇再生工艺改进

摘要:
分析了乙二醇再生工艺存在的醇烃分离不彻底、乙二醇溶液盐富集引起再生设备结垢堵塞、乙二醇发泡等问题,并提出了解决措施。新疆克拉美丽气田原乙二醇再生装置处理量低、设计过于简单,导致再生系统无法正常工作,出现了塔内结焦、再生设备堵塞、贫液温度过高等问题,再生后的乙二醇不合格。为保障克拉美丽气田乙二醇再生装置的平稳高效运行,在对其存在问题进行分析的基础上,对克拉美丽气田乙二醇再生装置进行了模拟分析,优化了工艺参数,选用了高效设备,并提出了有效的改进方案。

Abstract:
The problems of glycol foaming,scaling and blocking of regeneration equipment caused by incomplete alcohol hydrocarbon separation,glycol soluble salts gathering were analyzed and the solutions were proposed.The original design of glycol regeneration process in Kelameili gas field is so simple that the regeneration system can not be operated properly,resulting in column fouling,equipment scaling,high temperature of lean liquor,and the regenerated glycol can not meet industrial specifications.In order to guarantee stable and efficient running of glycol regeneration unit in Kelameili gas field,based on the analysis of existing problems,regeneration unit are simulated,process parameters are optimized,and high efficient equipment are selected,and the effective improvement program are proposed.
