镇北长8酸性羧甲基胍胶压裂液的研究及应用

摘要:
针对镇北长8储层特征,研制开发出了一种新型酸性羧甲基胍胶压裂液体系,确定了该压裂液的配方。室内实验表明,该压裂液在酸性条件下交联,流变性能好,能完全破胶,破胶液粘度为3.44mPa.s,破胶残渣只有144mg/L,对储层伤害低。目前已成功压裂镇北长8地区6口井,增产效果明显,说明该压裂液适合用于碱敏储层改造。

Abstract:
A new kind of acidic carboxymethyl guar gum fracturing fluid is developed.Experimental results show that advantages of this fracturing fluid by cross bonding at acidic conditions are as follows : good rheological behavior,gel breaking completely,gel breaking liquid viscosity of 3.44mPa.s,residue of 144mg / L,and little damage to formation,etc.It has been proved to have obvious effects in creasing yield by successful fracturing in six wells in Zhenbei Chang 8formation and this fracturing fluid is very suitable for alkaline sensitivity reservoir transformation.
