化学破乳法处理废弃油基泥浆室内实验研究

摘要:
研究了废弃油基泥浆化学破乳处理工艺,筛选出的最佳破乳剂SA破乳后能有效回收废弃泥浆中的矿物油,回收率达93%以上。确定了最佳破乳工艺参数:破乳剂SA加量为0.8%(φ),混凝剂PAC加量为质量浓度600 mg/L,絮凝剂PAM加量为质量浓度8 mg/L,反应时间为1 h,温度为(50±0.5)℃;并对分离出的废水和废渣进行了无害化处理

Abstract:
Chemical demulsification treatment of waste oil-based drilling fluid was studied. The screened best demulsifier SA could recover the mineral oil and the oil recovery rate reached 93%. The optimal demulsification process parameters were determined: adding amount of demulsifier SA is 0.8%, PAC coagulant dosage is 600 mg/L, flocculants PAM dosage is 8 mg/L, and the reaction time is 1 h, temperature is (50±0.5)℃. Harmless treatment of isolated waste water and residue were also conducted
