雅克拉集气处理站分子筛再生工艺流程改造及效果评价

摘要:
介绍了雅克拉集气处理站分子筛脱水工艺。在实际生产中由于再生气流量、温度等因素造成分子筛吸附周期过长,脱水效果差,使冷箱频繁冻堵。通过对现有流程进行改造,缩短分子筛吸附周期,改善脱水效果,不但提高了轻烃产量,降低了人工开关阀门产生的劳动强度,还节约了大量电能

Abstract:
This paper introduced molecular sieve dehydration process of Yakela Gas Gathering & Processing Station. In the actual production, due to the effect of regeneration gas flow, temperature, etc., the cycle of molecular sieve adsorption became longer, dehydrating effects was poor and cold box stuck frequently. Therefore, after transformed the existing process, the molecular sieve adsorption cycle was shortened and the dehydration effect had improved, which not only increase yields, reduce labor intensity, but also save the electric energy
