从轻烃、炼厂资源中优选原料多产丁二烯

摘要:
优选出多产丁二烯的裂解原料和裂解工艺条件,可最大限度地适应波动的市场。通过考察裂解原料(4种轻烃、炼厂资源)、裂解条件对丁二烯收率的影响,优选出C6~C8环烷烃质量分数高的原料,在低裂解温度、高水油比条件下,丁二烯的收率高。同时还提出,为获得最大的经济效益,优选原料多产丁二烯要综合考虑双烯收率、烯烃市场价格以及结焦等问题。

Optimal selection of pyrolysis feedstock from light hydrocarbons andrefinery resources for high yield of butadiene

Abstract:
Comparative analysis of butadiene yield in the pyrolysis products of four kinds of light hydrocarbons and refinery resources, proposed that the raw feedstock with high cycloalkanes (especially C6 ~ C8 cycloalkanes) content, low pyrolysis temperature, and high water-oil ratio are favorable for high butadiene yield. To maximize the economic benefits, the effects of the yield of butadiene, olefin market price and the coking problem must be taken into consideration in the selection of pyrolysis feedstock.
