四川XC气田地层水治理对策及应用

摘要:
针对XC气田采出水量大、矿化度高、污水处理难度高等特点,针对性地采用了处理达标外排法、气田地层水回注法以及低温多效蒸馏法等3种污水处理方法。现场试验表明,处理达标外排法由于投资和处理成本高昂限制了其在气田的进一步发展,而地层水回注和低温蒸馏法因其投资小,处理效率高,可以实现资源循环利用而逐渐成为XC气田重点发展的水处理方式。

Formation water treatment method and application in XC gas field of Sichuan

Abstract:
For XC gas field producing large quantities of formation water that is high salinity and difficult to treat, three dirty water treatment methods were used including the reaching standard discharge, reinjection of formation water and low temperature multi-effect distillation. Field tests have shown that the reaching standard discharge is limited for further development in the gas fields due to the high investment and processing costs; the reinjection of formation water and low temperature distillation method gradually become the focus in XC gas field water treatment mode because of its low investment, high treatment efficiency, and resource recycling.
