锦州20-2终端轻烃回收制冷工艺方案比选研究

摘要:
轻烃回收制冷方案对天然气处理厂的经济效益起着关键作用,以中海油拟在葫芦岛北港工业区新建一座天然气处理厂为例,通过Hysys、Pipeflow软件模拟,同时考虑到上游海上平台压缩机的能耗,结合上、下游对两种制冷方案——“膨胀机+DHX制冷工艺”和“膨胀机+丙烷辅冷+DHX制冷工艺”进行对比研究,确定了“膨胀机+DHX制冷工艺”和进站压力为3.2 MPa的工艺制冷方案。

Refrigeration scheme comparison of NGL recovery process in Jinzhou 20-2 gas processing plant

Abstract:
The refrigeration scheme of NGL recovery process plays a significant role on the economic benefit of gas processing plant. Take a proposed gas processing plant in Beigang industrial area, Huludao city of CNOOC as an example, by Hysys and Pipeflow simulation of the NGLprocess, meanwhile, considering the energy consumption of compressor in offshore platform upstream, two cooling modes “expander + DHX process” and “expander + propane refrigeration + DHX process” is studied . The later cooling mode is recommended and 3.2MPa is an available inlet pressure.
