广州石化加氢处理装置分馏系统的优化操作

摘要:
介绍了广州石化加氢处理装置分馏系统进行降温操作及停运分馏加热炉的操作过程,并对停运分馏加热炉后的产品质量、装置物料平衡、装置能耗等进行了分析。从分析结果可以看出,分馏系统优化操作后,装置精制蜡油产品质量没有影响,装置综合能耗得到大幅度下降,说明分馏系统降温优化操作对装置是有利的。 

Abstract:
This paper introduces cooling operation of hydrotreater fractionation system and outage operation process of fractionation furnace in Guangzhou Petrochemical Company. Product quality, material balance and energy consumption after outage of fractionation furnace are analyzed. The analysis shows that there is no effect on product quality of the refined oil , the comprehensive energy consumption of device has been decreased greatly after optimized operation of the fractionation system, and it illustrates that cooling optimization operation of the fractionation system is favorable to the device.
