炼厂干气作原料对制氢装置操作的影响

摘要:
中石化塔河炼化2#制氢装置是在借鉴1#制氢装置由纯天然气作原料实验改掺炼富余炼厂干气成功的基础上,设计改为天然气和干气作原料。对2#制氢装置掺入干气后,掺入量对装置操作的影响进行了论述,分析其优缺点,并提出了改进措施,确保了装置安全、平稳的运行。 

Abstract:
Based on Sinopec Tahe petrochemical 1# hydrogen plant changing to use blending residual refinery dry gas, 2# hydrogen plant has used natural gas and dry gas as raw material instead of natural gas only. This paper discussed the effect of adding dry gas and addition on 2# hydrogen device, analyzed its advantages and disadvantages, and provided improved methods, so as to ensure the plant operation safely and smoothly.
