缓蚀阻垢剂阻垢效果评价方法的探讨

摘要:
现执行的检验缓蚀阻垢剂阻垢效果的中原石油勘探局企业标准以及其他相关标准中某些要求存在一定的缺陷,影响实验结果。从指示剂的选择、掩蔽剂的加量等相关因素入手,通过对检测结果进行分析对比发现,改进优化后的评价方法更适合评价缓蚀阻垢剂的阻垢效果。

Abstract:
The enterprise standards of Zhongyuan Petroleum Exploration Bureau and other related standards about testing of corrosion and scale inhibitor effect have some defects, and which influence the experimental results. This article started from the choice of indicators, the dosage of masking agent and other factors. Through analyzing and comparing test results, we found that improved and optimized evaluation methods are more suitable for evaluating scale inhibition effect of corrosion and scale inhibitors.
