Active MDEA aqueous solution with its superior characteristic on the energy saving is extensively used for bulk CO2 removal from the higher CO2 content industrial gas stream. A procedure is suggested to combine process calculation with acid gas load, which is measured by chemical analysis in active MDEA solution at some key points. It provides a reference for determination of the working capacity of the plant. |
