钻井液废弃物无害化处理的新技术研发

摘要:
首先对水基钻井液废弃物,油基钻井液含油钻屑内在污染机理进行了研究,在此基础上,一是研发出水基钻井液废弃物用高效破胶剂、高效固化剂,形成了水基钻井液废弃物无害化处理的新型工艺技术;二是以物理、化学及微生物等技术集成形成了油基钻井液含油钻屑处理新工艺新技术。这两套工艺技术操作简单、处理效果好、投资小、可靠性好,具有很好的社会效益和经济效益。 

Abstract:
The internal mechanisms of water-based drilling waste and oily drilling cuttings of oil-based drilling waste were researched. Firstly, efficient colloid breaker and efficient curing agent were developed, and new harmless technology of water-based drilling fluid waste has been formed. Secondly, new harmless treatment technology of oil-based drilling liquid with oil drill cuttings has been formed by physical, chemical and microbial technology. The two complete sets of technology have some advantages, such as simple operation, good treatment effect, small investment, and good reliability, which bring good social benefits and economic benefits.
