工业燃气燃烧器互换性实验测试方法研究

摘要:
作为重点应用的燃气燃烧器在锅炉与工业炉窑中有着巨大的市场前景。对燃气燃烧器及其工作状态进行了简单介绍,并在EN676基础上建立一套针对工业用燃气燃烧器在不同组分气源下互换性研究的测试方法。对3台样本燃烧器在6种不同组分气源下的测试研究表明:该方法适用于锅炉用燃烧器互换性实验研究,其可靠性得到验证。 

Test method study of natural gas interchangeability for industrial gas burners

Abstract:
Industrial gas appliances have a huge market prospect in boilers and industrial furnaces. In this paper, gas burners and its working process was briefly introduced. Based on EN676, a new test method of natural gas interchangeability was put forward to test industrial appliances’ combustion performance. Three typical burners were selected to test the thermal performance when fuelled with 6 kinds of natural gases. The results showed that this method is suitable for interchangeability study of boiler burner, and its reliability was proven.
