摘要:
理清RCM(Reliability Centered Maintenance)技术的流程及技术实施要点,依托以可靠性为中心的维修技术标准及工程单位经验,结合天然气净化装置的特点列出净化装置典型设备失效模式,依据净化装置现有维护记录提出该技术的实施方案构建,为RCM技术在天然气净化装置上的推广应用奠定了基础。 

Abstract:
Researching key point of the flow and implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance(RCM) technology,and relying on the technical standard based on RCM technology and engineering experience,typical equipment failure modes of natural gas purification device were listed according to the characteristics of purification equipment. The implementation of the technology was built based on existing maintenance records of the purifying device, which provided the basis of RCM technology for popularization and application in natural gas purification device.
