高-磨地区高密度钻井液CO2污染预防与处理技术

摘要:
对四川高-磨地区高密度钻井液CO2污染进行了室内研究,评价出CO2对常规钻井液处理剂污染的影响情况。同时,对污染后的高密度钻井液进行处理研究,得出了CO2污染钻井液的原因。最终,形成了一套适合于高-磨构造高密度井段钻井过程中CO2污染的预防措施和污染后的钻井液处理技术。 

Abstract:
Lab studies on CO2 contamination of high density drilling fluid was carried out. The influence of conventional drilling fluid chemicals on the CO2 contamination was evaluated. Meanwhile, CO2-contaminated high density drilling fluid was treated and the reasons for contamination were clarified. Eventually, a set of suitable precautions and solutions were proposed for CO2 contamination of high density drilling fluid in Sichuan Gao-Mo block.
