Ni2P/SBA-15催化剂的制备及加氢脱氮性能的研究

摘要:
采用等体积浸渍法和H2原位还原法制备了Ni2P/SBA-15催化剂,分别考察了不同P/Ni比、还原温度、活性组分质量分数对加氢脱氮性能的影响。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、N2吸附脱附(BET)等技术,考察了SBA-15分子筛及其催化剂形貌和织构性质,并以喹啉为模型化合物在微型固定床反应器上考察了不同温度对催化剂加氢脱氮(HDN)性能的影响。结果 表明,当磷镍比为1,磷化镍质量分数为30%,还原温度为650 ℃时,其催化活性最好,在360 ℃、3 MPa、氢油体积比500、液时空速 2 h-1的反应条件下, 喹啉的脱氮率可以达到85.6%。 

Preparation of Ni2P/SBA-15 catalyst and research of its hydrodenitrogenation performance

Abstract:
The supported nickel phosphide catalysts were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation and in situ H2 reduction method. The effects of the different P/Ni ratio, reduction temperature, and active component mass fraction on the performance of hydrodenitrogenation were examined. The samples were characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption, X-ray diffraction (XRD), and temperature-programmed desorption of ammonia, and the effects of different temperature on the properties of catalyst hydrodenitrogenation (HDN) were evaluated on a continuous-flow fixed-bed reactor by using quinoline as the model molecules. The results show that when the nickel phosphorus ratio is 1, nickel phosphide mass fraction is 30%, and the reduction temperature is 650 ℃, its catalytic activity is best. At a reaction temperature of 360 ℃, pressure of 3 MPa, hydrogen/oil volume ratio of 500, and liquid hourly space velocity of 2 h-1, the HDN conversion of quinoline can reach 85.6%.
