针对新疆油田百重7井区稠油污水中油、悬浮物含量高,波动大,含油乳化程度高,悬浮物分散程度高的特点,通过室内研究,从水处理药剂筛选入手,研制开发了以有机聚合物为主剂的新型耐温混凝剂KL-401及其配套助凝剂,并将筛选的药剂应用于百重7井区稠油污水水处理系统,有效地提高了该区块含油污水的净化效率。处理后的含油污水水质全面达标,达到了回注稀油油田和回注锅炉的水质标准。 |

Abstract: |
In view of the characteristics of high heavy oil sewage and suspended solids contents, great fluctuation of water quality, high oil emulsification degree, and high dispersion degree of suspended solids in heavy oil sewage of Baizhong 7 well block, the indoor research were carried out beginning with water treatment chemicals selection. During the process, a new heat-resistant organic polymer coagulant KL-401 and its coagulant aid were developed and applied to the treatment system of heavy oil sewage in Baizhong 7 well block. The results showed that purification efficiency of the oily sewage improved in the well block and the discharge reached the standard of reinjection thin oil fields and reinjection the boiler. |
