大牛地气田脱水脱烃工艺的成功实践

摘要:
大牛地气田开发选用高压集气天然气处理工艺,采用节流制冷脱水、脱烃,需要一定的压差才能保证外输气质。当气井压力下降至一定程度时,集气站内没有足够的压差,无法利用节流膨胀制冷、低温分离工艺实现对天然气烃露点、水露点的控制,需要结合增压、脱液工艺对气田集输工艺进一步优化。分析了气田不同开发阶段采取的脱水脱烃工艺、可能出现的问题及解决措施。 

Abstract:
The process of the high-pressure gas gathering is adopted in Daniudi Gas Field. Throttling refrigeration technology for dehydration and de-hydrocarbon requires enough pressure energy to meet the natural gas transportation standard. When the gas pressure drops to a certain extent, there is no enough pressure energy in gas station to control the water dew point and hydrocarbon dew point of natural gas using throttling expansion refrigeration and low temperature separation method. The gas gathering process needs further optimization with supercharging technology and other dehydration process. This paper analyzes the problems of dehydration and de-hydrocarbon process used in different stages of gas fields development and some possible solutions.
