| 目前,国内城镇燃气的完整性管理方法多借用长输集输管道的完整性管理方法,忽略了城镇燃气管网区别于长输集输管道的特殊性,因此出现了发展缓慢,难以推广应用的局面。美国于2009年开始立法推行城镇燃气管道完整性管理(DIMP),到目前为止已经建立了全面的管理体系和配套技术方法,并且取得了显著的成绩。因此,通过研究梳理美国DIMP的相关法规、技术指南、数据库和配套软件的内容,为我国发展城镇燃气完整性管理提供借鉴和启示。 |

| Currently, Chinese city gas companies are using the same method of transmission pipeline on distribution pipeline without considering the uniqueness of distribution pipelines, which cause the stagnant development of DIMP. America published the regulation concerning DIMP in 2009 and established comprehensive systems and associated technique to support it. Six years later, it had already achieved prominent success. Therefore, studying on DIMP by reading the regulation and guidebook, analyzing the database and experiencing the commercial software would bring inspiration to our DIMP development. |
