精馏塔压力热旁路控制系统的回流罐和重沸器系统的凝结水罐至少有气、液两股进料线,
且气相进料介质是可凝的,液相进料介质通常是过冷的,这一特点决定了罐内气、液两相界面必须保持
稳定才能保证系统正常操作。举例说明了当气相线和液相线在回流罐或凝结水罐上的开口位置设计不
当时,气、液两相界面不能保持稳定,会造成热旁路控制下的塔压大幅度波动或重沸器系统凝结水罐内
频繁发生水锤现象,严重影响到精馏系统的正常操作,提出了“气相进气相空间、液相进液相空间”的设

Boththerefluxdrumofthepressurehotvaporbypasscontrolsystemandthecondensate
potofthereboilersystemindistillationcolumnsystematleasthaveagasandaliquidfeedline,the
gasfeeding medium is condensable and theliquid feed medium is usually sub-cooled.This
characteristicdeterminesthegas-liquidinterfaceinthedrumorthepotmustbestabletoensurethe
normaloperationofsystem.Examplesareintroducedtoshowthesignificantfluctuationofthetower
pressureunderthehotvaporbypasscontrolsystem,andthewaterhammeroccurredfrequentlyinthe
condensatepotifthegasorliquidnozzlepositionsarenotwelldesigned,whichcanleadtothegasliquidinterfaceinstability.
