再冷凝器的控制操作繁多且相互关联,容易造成操作不当,同时由于设备性能下降等原
因,再冷凝器运行经常进入非设计工况,影响接收站正常生产。利用动态模拟方法可有效还原事故经
过,探寻预防措施。在已有LNG接收站再冷凝系统动态仿真模型的基础上,完善了再冷凝器的冷凝量
计算模块,更加全面地模拟再冷凝器在各种工况下的运行情况,仿真结果得到了现场数据的验证。进一
步动态模拟探究了再冷凝器长时间高液位运行时,采用高压补气降低液位措施的风险,以及提出在截断
高压NG管线恢复正常运行过程中,需结合实际情况考虑重设气液配比系数的操作改进建议。 |

Astherearealotoftangledcontroloperationsaboutthere-condenser,withthe
decreasingperformanceofrelatedfacilities,it’seasytorunintonon-designcases,andthiswillaffect
thenormalproductionoftheterminal.Usingdynamicsimulationmethod,theaccidentprocesscanbe
effectivelyreappearedandpreventivemeasurescanbeexplored.Basedondynamicsimulationmodel
forLNGreceivingterminal’sre-condensingsystem,theconceptofmultiplyingheatexchangeareaby
thepackingmaterialforthecondensingratecalculationisintroduced,there-condensermathematic
modelisimprovedandverifiedbythefielddata.Further,theprocessofturningonNGinletflow
afterlong-termhighlevelrunningissimulatedtoanalyzeitsaccidentrisk,andprocessofturningoff
NGinletflow torestorenormally operationissuggestedtotakeresettingthegas-liquidratio
coefficientattherighttiming. |
