以水溶性酚醛树脂、水玻璃和抑水剂为材料,基于溶胶-凝胶技术合成出一种互穿网络结
构的有机-无机凝胶体系。互穿网络凝胶体系的交联时间随水溶性酚醛树脂浓度增大而缩短,交联强度
则增强。当体系中水玻璃质量分数为0~3%时,交联时间随浓度增大而延长,交联强度随浓度增大而
增强。水溶性酚醛树脂-水玻璃互穿网络结构致密且匀称,满足深部封堵的要求,可作为耐温堵剂使用。 |

Abstract:Inthispaper,aninterpenetratingnetwork (IPN)organic-inorganicgelsystem was
preparedbywatersolublephenol-formaldehyderesin,sodiumsilicateandwater-resistantagentbased
onsol-geltechnology.ThegelationtimeofIPNgelsystemshortenswiththeconcentrationincreaseof
watersolublephenol-formaldehyderesin,whilegelationstrengthincrease.Whentheconcentrationof
sodiumsilicateis0~3%,thegelationtimelengthensandthegelationstrengthenhances with
concentrationincrease.Theinterpenetratingnetworkstructureformedbywatersolublephenolic-resin
andsodiumsilicateisdenseandsymmetrical.Thesystemcanbeusedasahightemperatureplugging
agentandsatisfiedthedeepsealingcondition. |
