膜喷射无返混塔板在石油炼化胺液再生塔中的应用

摘要:
石油炼化胺法脱硫和胺液再生工艺中采用的醇胺溶液在循环使用过程中普遍存在易发泡拦液的现象,严重影响了脱硫产品性质和下游硫磺回收装置的操作。介绍了中石化齐鲁石化炼油厂胺液再生塔改造前的情况及存在的问题。针对存在的问题,将原浮阀塔板全部更换为膜喷射无返混塔板,改造后最大处理能力由210 t/h提高到240 t/h,各项指标良好,未出现拦液等现象。装置目前运行平稳。 

Abstract:
In amine desulphurization and regeneration process of the petroleum refining industry, the recycling amines solution foaming always results in liquid blocking of column, which will seriously influence the desulfurization product properties and the operation of downstream sulfur recovery plant. In this paper, the problems of the amine regenerator before transformation were introduced. To solve these problems, all of the valve trays in the column were replaced with the membrane spray without backmixing trays. After transformation, the maximum treatment capacity increased from 210 t/h to 240 t/h, the indicators were good and no liquid blocking occurred. The unit runs well so far.
