高温气田水新型阻垢剂的研究与应用

摘要:
川渝气田有水气藏在排水采气及气田水转输、回注过程中,地面设备及输送管线普遍存在结垢堵塞问题。特别是近年来,随着一大批高温、高产水气井的二次开发,气田水地面输送系统的结垢问题更加突出,严重影响了气田正常生产。为解决高温气田水的结垢问题,迫切需要开展新型阻垢剂的研究。简要介绍了新型阻垢剂CT4-37的研制、性能评价及现场应用情况。室内性能评价及现场试验结果表明,该新型阻垢剂具有耐盐抗温、钙容忍度高、高效低毒等优点,对于高矿化度气田水碳酸钙(镁)垢和硫酸钙垢具有良好的阻垢效果。在温度为80 ℃,药剂质量浓度为25 mg/L的条件下,阻垢率可达95%以上。

Abstract:
In Sichuan and Chongqing gas fields, the problem of scaling and clogging in ground equipment and pipeline is widely existing during gas recovery by water drainage, gas water transfer and reinjection process. Especially in recent years, with the secondary development of a large number of high temperature, high water production gas wells, the problem of scaling in gas water ground conveying system is becoming more and more prominent, which has a strong impact on normal production of the gas field. To solve this problem, a new type of scale inhibitor used in high temperature gas field was studied. This paper briefly introduces the development, performance evaluation and field application of the new scale inhibitor CT4-37. Laboratory evaluation and field application test results show that this new scale inhibitor has advantages of high temperature resistance, high salts and calcium tolerance, and also high efficiency while low toxicity, which has a good inhibition effect to calcium carbonate scales and calcium sulfate scales formed from gas field water with high salinity. Under 80 ℃ and 25 mg/L reagent dosage, the inhibition rate can reach 95%.
