LNG储罐底部进料管线操作负压工况的模拟分析

摘要:
基于液化天然气接收站的LNG储罐系统,应用HYSYS Dynamic流程模拟软件,建立LNG储罐底部进料系统的动态模型,研究LNG储罐底部进料管线的操作压力随不同进料流量和流体温度变化的动态响应过程。分析表明:在工艺设计过程中LNG储罐的底部进料管线应考虑负压设计工况,确保管线设计的安全;动态模拟能够清晰地反映工艺系统随扰动变化的动态响应特性,指导工程设计。 

Abstract:
A dynamic model of LNG tank unloading system has been developed by the process simulation software-HYSYS Dynamic based on a real specified LNG tank. Dynamic responses of the operation pressure of bottom feed line have been studied according to the factors including feed flow rate and feed temperature. The results show that the negative pressure operation condition of the bottom feed line shall be considered to guarantee the safety of the bottom line design, and dynamic simulation could be clearly reflected to the dynamic response of bottom feed line operating pressure, and used to instruct the engineering design.
