摘要:
针对Porocel公司开发的氧化铝基克劳斯催化剂Maxcel 727,介绍了催化剂的特点和开工情况,收集了催化剂在普光天然气净化厂硫磺回收装置8年运行过程中的相关参数,并对其使用情况进行了分析,总结出了稳定催化剂运行的工艺措施,主要包括科学装填、稳定脱硫单元操作及优化克劳斯反应炉配风等操作。

Abstract:
According to the Claus catalyst Maxcel 727 developed by Porocel, this article introduced the characteristics and start-up situation of the catalyst. Relative parameters of the catalyst used in the Claus unit of Puguang Natural Gas Purification Plant during 8 years operating process were collected, and the application was analyzed. The measures for stabilizing catalyst operation were summarized, which mainly included scientific loading, stabilizing operation of desulfurization unit and air distribution optimization of Claus furnace.
