清管预膜控制速度研究

摘要:
针对清管预膜作业中预膜球控制速度对气量要求较高,不能适应大部分管道的现状,利用电化学方法,研究了高含硫体系中缓蚀剂的成膜时间,并由此推导出预膜球的控制速度计算方法。将该计算方法应用于现场试验,预膜后腐蚀挂片及缓蚀剂残余浓度监测结果表明,采用优化后的预膜控制速度进行管道清管预膜,预膜效果良好。

Abstract:
Aiming at the situation that control the speed of preparing membrane ball needs a high requirement on gas volume in pigging pre-film operation which cannot adapt to most pipelines, a calculation method of membrane ball’s velocity has been derived on the base of film forming time of corrosion inhibitor in high-sulfur system by electrochemical method. The calculation method is applied in the field, and the monitoring results of remained concentration of corrosion inhibitor and corrosion coupon show that pre-filming has a good effect after adopting optimized controlling velocity of pigging pre-film.
