LNG槽车装车过程BOG产生的动态模拟与分析

摘要:
应用HYSYS Dynamic流程模拟软件,建立了LNG槽车装车的动态模型,实时模拟两种装车方式所产生BOG的压力、温度、流量、槽车压力等参数随时间的变化。模拟结果分析得出:装车结束时,带压装车方式具有槽车储罐压力高,装车累积流量、BOG产生量少,运行费用低,卸车时间短等特点,具有较强的可行性和经济性。 

Abstract:
A dynamic model of LNG truck loading process had been developed using the process simulation software HYSYS Dynamic, where the parameters such as pressure, temperature and flow rate of BOG produced by two different loading modes were researched and simulated. The simulation results showed that:the truck loading without gas-returned mode had the characteristics of higher tank pressure, less loading volume, less BOG generation, low operation cost and less unloading time after finishing truck loading, which was highly economical and feasible.
