胺液复活对于维持胺液清洁从而实现天然气脱硫装置的长周期平稳运行具有重要意义。国内外现有的胺液复活技术对天然气净化厂胺液中致泡性杂质的脱除率低,胺液受污染后发泡的问题得不到解决。此外,采用进口装置复活后的胺液对H2S的选吸性变差。为此,中国石油西南油气田公司天然气研究院研发了一种可同时深度脱除胺液中50余种致泡性杂质和7种热稳定盐的胺液复活新技术。现场放大试验结果表明,该技术同时成功地解决了胺液受污染后发泡及进口装置脱除无机热稳定盐后胺液对H2S选吸性变差的问题,能使严重受污染胺液的脱硫脱碳性能恢复至新鲜胺液水平。该技术还具有操作条件温和、能耗低、胺损失小的特点,其技术水平优于国内外同类技术,处于国际领先水平。 |

Ethanolamine solution reactivation is of great significance for maintaining the cleaning of ethanolamine solution and the steady operation of natural gas desulfurization unit. At present, ethanolamine solution reactivation technologies at home and abroad have low removal rate of vesicant impurities in ethanolamine solution, so ethanolamine solution foaming which is the most intractable problem for natural gas purification plant hasn’t been solved yet. In addition, it is also intractable that the H2S selective absorption performance of the ethanolamine solution declines after it being reactivated by the imported equipment. Therefore, a new ethanolamine solution reactivation technology by which more than 50 kinds of vesicant impurities and seven kinds of heat stable salts can be deeply removed simultaneously has been successfully developed by Research Institute of Natural Gas Technology, PetroChina Southwest Oil & Gasfield Company. The amplification test results of the new technology showed:(1) It successfully solved the problem of contaminated ethanolamine solution foaming; (2) it also solved the problem that the H2S selective absorption performance of the ethanolamine solution declines after inorganic heat stable salts being removed; (3) the performances of contaminated ethanolamine solution after being reactivated by it are recovered as the fresh ethanolamine solution; (4) in addition, it has the characteristics of mild operating conditions, low energy consumption and small ethanolamine loss; (5) the technical level is superior to the same technology at home and abroad, and has reached the international advanced level. |
