与传统LNG气化站比较,撬装式LNG气化站的优点是便于运输,可以实现快速换场。对撬装式LNG气化站进行了初步设计,建立了三维模型,采用CAESARⅡ软件进行应力分析与优化。分析结果表明,加热器部分在多种载荷作用下容易产生应力集中,通过调整加热器的高度可以减小撬装式LNG气化站的变形量和降低应力水平。 |

Abstract: |
Compared to traditional LNG gasification station, the advantage of skid-mounted LNG gasification station is convenient transportation and rapid field changing. Primary design of skid-mounted LNG gasification station is carried out and three-dimensional model is established. CAESARⅡ is adopted to perform stress analysis and optimization. The analysis results show that stress concentration occurs at the structure of heater under complicated load conditions. It can be realized to reduce displacement and stress level of skid-mounted LNG gasification station through adjusting the height of heater. |
