油田污水处理站浮渣控制技术研究与应用

摘要:
彩南油田污水处理系统改扩建投产后,系统产生了大量浮渣并存在恶性循环,导致污水出站水质和外交原油含水0.5%(w)超标,系统运行困难。通过对污水和浮渣物性的深入分析,确定了在用药剂配方体系和来水的高碱度是产生上浮浮渣的关键因素。提出以水质稳定为核心,围绕主体工艺,源头治理、点面结合的研究思路,筛选出适合于污水的处理药剂,并通过油气水三大系统分开排污,稳定回收水水质,提高离心机出泥率,有效控制浮渣产生量,实现出站水质综合达标率100%,浮渣控制取得了明显的效果。

Research and application of scum control technology in oilfield sewage treatment station

Abstract:
A large amount of scum was generated which in turn created a vicious circle, resulting in the degradation of the water quality of the sewage station and the crude oil diplomatic water as well as the difficult operation of the system. Through in-depth analysis on physical properties of the sewage and scum, it was determined that the key factors were the formulation system and high alkalinity of the water. Thus, water conditioning was proposed as the core measures in addition to the research approach of source control and multi-scale measures centering the main process. The chemicals suiting the sewage treatment were screened out. Through the separate sewage recycling system of oil, gas and water, the water quality was stabilized, the mud yield rate at the centrifuge was improved, and the control of the scum generation was achieved. Finally, the water quality compliance rate was comprehensively maintained at 100% and the scum was controlled effectively.
