油气长输管道热煨弯管防腐层现状及展望

摘要:
总结了油气长输钢质埋地热煨弯管外防腐所用的单一结构外防腐层种类和多层复合结构外防腐层种类。介绍了两种聚乙烯三层结构防腐热煨弯管的技术:多层粉末喷涂聚乙烯三层结构防腐层技术和纵向整体包覆聚乙烯三层结构防腐层技术。讨论了热煨弯管外防腐层技术发展的方向。 

Abstract:
In this paper, single-layer structure coating types and multi-layers composite structure coating types for buried hot induction bend of oil & gas pipelines are summarized. Two anti-corrosive technologies for hot induction bend are introduced, which are multi-powder spraying three layer polyethylene coating and axial-entirety cladding three layer polyethylene coating. The development trends of external coating technology for hot induction bend in the future are discussed.
