物联网技术在天然气分离计量集成装置改进中的应用

摘要:
以天然气地面工程建设中典型的分离计量集成装置为例,首先介绍了物联网的基本概念和物联网技术在国内油气田应用的总体情况,简述了装置的基本特点,重点说明了装置的自控方案,并分析了装置运行过程中自控系统存在的防爆区操作困难、仪表属性参数采集不完善以及装置巡检工作质量欠佳3个问题。针对3个问题,给出了基于物联网基本概念的改进思路,并从需求分析、功能实现等方面阐述了技术改进方案。最后,对装置改进前后的功能进行了对比分析,并对下一步改进工作提出了建议。

Practical application of Internet of Things technology in the improvement of natural gas separation and metering integrated skid-mounted equipment

Abstract:
In the paper, it gives a case of a integrated skid-mounted equipment for natural gas separation and metering. Firstly, the basic concept of Internet of Things as well as its application in oil and gas industry in China is introduced. Secondly, the basic characteristics of the equipment is introduced, focusing on automation solution and analysis of three problems of HIMI operation in explosion proof area, incomplete acquisition of instrument property parameters, and low-quality patrol inspection. Furthermore, the improvement ideas are proposed based on the basic concept of the Internet of Things, analysis of requirement and implementation of the functions. Finally, the former and the improved equipment are compared and further improvement proposals are suggested.
