原油贸易交接计量及标定系统设计探讨

摘要:
原油贸易交接计量系统是不同公司间实现交接结算的重要装置,广泛应用于国内外油田、油库和输油管道站场,且普遍采用标准化或橇装化设计。标定系统用于校准计量系统,通常作为贸易交接计量系统的重要组成部分进行设计。国内外对于原油贸易交接计量系统的设计存在差异,对橇装化贸易交接计量系统的工艺流程、系统组成、设计难点和橇装化特点等进行了分析,可为贸易交接计量系统的橇装化设计提供参考和借鉴。 

Discussion on design of crude oil custody measurement and calibration system

Abstract:
Lease automatic custody transfer system (LACT) is an important device for custody and settlement between different companies, which has been used widely in oil field, oil depot, oil transportation station of domestic and abroad. Standardizing or skid-mounted design is developed for LACT generally. The Calibration system is used to calibrate measuring system, and is designed as the important component of LACT. There exist the differences of design at domestic and abroad. This paper analyzes the process flow, system component, difficulties in design, characteristic of package mounted, etc. of LACT package, and provides a reference is for skid-mounted design of crude oil custody measurement system.
