长宁页岩气区块集输站场风险评价技术研究

摘要:
页岩气气井压力的迅速衰减会伴随砂含量、水含量、站场压力等参数的改变,最终导致页岩气集输设备腐蚀速率的动态变化,传统的多米诺效应后果计算方法对页岩气区块撬装设备失效后果计算会产生高估。针对以上问题,基于页岩气区块的生产特点,结合三次样条插值法,建立了三次样条插值法腐蚀速率预测模型。同时,改进了传统的多米诺效应失效后果计算方法,建立了撬装设备附加多米诺效应失效后果计算模型。计算结果表明,页岩气集输站场设备的腐蚀速率增大1.25~1.48倍,面积风险最大增加30.18%,验证了模型的有益性。研究结果为准确计算页岩气集输站场设备风险提供了理论基础。 

Study on risk assessment technology of gathering and transportation station in Changning shale gas block

Abstract:
The sand content, water content, station pressure and other parameters would be changed because of the rapid attenuation of shale gas well pressure, leading to the dynamic change of shale gas gathering and transportation equipment corrosion rate eventually. At the same time, the failure consequence calculation of skid mounted equipment in shale gas block would be overestimated by applying traditional domino effect consequence calculation method. In view of the above problems, based on the production characteristics of shale gas block, the corrosion rate prediction model of cubic spline interpolation method was established and the traditional domino effect failure consequence calculation method was improved by establishing the failure consequence calculation model of skid mounted equipment with additional domino effect. The calculation results show that the corrosion rate of shale gas gathering station equipment increases by 1.25-1.48 times, and the area risk increases by 30.18%, which verifies the necessity of the model. The research results provide a theoretical basis for accurate calculation of equipment risk in shale gas gathering and transportation station.
