天然气中H2S在线分析TDLAS技术的应用前景

摘要:
H2S在线分析仪作为监控天然气中H2S含量的重要手段,广泛应用于天然气净化厂产品气和天然气集输场站。传统的在线分析方法包括色谱法、紫外吸收法、乙酸铅光路法等,这些方法都需要分析周期,无法实时监控数据,并且需要定期更换耗材。可调谐激光吸收光谱(TDLAS)技术作为新兴的在线检测技术,自20世纪80年代提出以来,广泛地应用于工业检测、安全防护、气象监测等领域。TDLAS技术较之传统的分析检测方法,具有实时分析数据、反应灵敏、检测限低、无耗材和非接触的优势。近几年,TDLAS技术在天然气领域内的应用发展非常迅速。介绍了TDLAS技术的原理,通过实验数据分析了该技术在天然气中低含量H2S在线分析领域的应用前景。 

Application prospect of TDLAS technology for online analysis of natural gas

Abstract:
As an important means to monitor the content of hydrogen sulfide in natural gas, on-line hydrogen sulfide analyzer is widely used in product gas and natrual gas gathering station of natural gas purification plant. The traditional methods for gas on-line analysis include chromatography, ultraviolet absorption and lead acetate reaction rate dual photo path. These methods have analysis cycles, don’t real-time monitoring of data, and require periodic replacement of consumables. Tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS), as a new on-line detection technology, was proposed since 1980s, and has applied in industrial detection, safety protection, meteorological monitoring and other fields. TDLAS has the advantages of real-time data analysis, sensitive response, low detection limit, no consumables and non-contact compared with traditional methods. Introduction of TDLAS technology, the application prospect of TDLAS technology of on-line hydrogen sulfide in natural gas analysis is analyzed.
