高含硫气田元素硫沉积研究进展

摘要:
在高含硫气田开发过程中,随着温度和压力的不断降低,元素硫沉积现象频发。硫沉积严重则会造成井筒堵塞、关井停产,也会影响集输系统安全高效运行。目前关于高含硫气田元素硫沉积的研究大多是针对井筒,对集输系统的研究则起步较晚。文章阐明了井筒和集输系统元素硫沉积的机理,探析了影响元素硫沉积的主要因素,并综述了元素硫沉积预测方法研究现状和能否成功预测的关键技术点,最后展望了今后元素硫沉积的研究重点和发展趋势,以期为高含硫气田安全、高效生产提供一定的借鉴。 

Abstract:
Sulfur deposition occurs frequently with the continuous decrease of temperature and pressure during the development of high sulfur gas fields. Serious sulfur deposition will cause wellbore blockage, shut-in and shutdown of production, and will affect the safe and efficient operation of gathering and transportation systems. At present, most researches on sulfur deposition in sour gas fields mostly focus on wellbore, while the research on gathering and transportation system starts late. This article illuminates the mechanism of sulfur deposition in wellbore, gathering and transportation system, explores the main factors affecting sulfur deposition, and summarizes the current research status of sulfur deposition prediction methods. The research status of prediction methods and the key technical points for the deposition of elemental sulfur are summarized, and finally looks forward to the future research focus and development trend of sulfur deposition, so as to provide a certain reference for safe and efficient production of sour gas fields.
