浅谈天然气中硫化合物在线分析预处理技术

摘要:
目的 在天然气气质升级的新形势下,研究硫化合物在线分析预处理系统的适应性。方法 调研并总结了我国西南地区代表性天然气在线分析预处理配置及运行情况,并比对研究了现有预处理装置与钝化处理的天然气在线分析预处理系统的硫化合物吸附性能。结果 现有预处理装置基本满足硫化合物在线分析的需求,钝化处理的预处理系统抗硫吸附性能明显占优,抗硫吸附效率达到75%以上,经过2~3 h老化后可达到吸附平衡。结论 建议在日常生产质量控制及要求不高的情况下采用现有预处理装置,在具有争议的交接界面将钝化处理的预处理系统作为优选方案。 

Abstract:
Objective The adaptability of pretreatment system for sulfide online analysis is studied under the situation of natural gas quality upgrade. Methods The pretreatment configuration and operation status of representative natural gas online analysis in Southwest China are investigated and summarized. The anti-sulfide adsorption performances of existing pretreatment device and passivated online analysis pretreatment system are comparatively researched. Results The anti-sulfur adsorption performance of the novel system is significantly improved, and the anti-sulfur adsorption efficiency reaches more than 75%, adsorption equilibrium can be reached after about 2 to 3 hours of aging. Conclusion sIt is recommended that the current pretreatment device should be used in daily production quality control, and the anti-sulfur adsorption pretreatment system is used as a preferred scheme at the controversial interface.
