水合物抑制剂NADN的合成及抑制性能评价

摘要:
目的 解决天然气在集输和开采过程中形成的天然气水合物堵塞管道、井筒以及地层中的多孔介质等问题。方法 用N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)、烯丙基聚乙二醇(APEG-1000),二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)和N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(N-HAM)合成了一种动力学水合物抑制剂NADN,利用单因素实验法得到其最优合成条件。结果 单体配比n(NVP)∶n(DMDAAC)∶n(N-HAM)∶n(APEG-1000)=1∶2∶2∶0.3,反应温度60 ℃,反应时间6 h,单体质量分数35%,引发剂加量为单体总质量的0.3%,通过红外谱图与核磁共振氢谱验证其结构与最初设计结构一致。结论 经实验证明,当抑制剂质量分数达1.05%时,能够在环境温度为-18 ℃时表现出优良的抑制效果,其水合物的结冰温度可低至-7.5 ℃。 

Synthesis and inhibition evaluation of hydrate inhibitor NADN

Abstract:
Objective The aim is to solve the problem that the natural gas hydrate formed in the process of gathering and production of natural gas blocks the pipeline, wellbore and porous media in the formation. Methods A kinetic hydrate inhibitor NADN was synthesized with N-vinyl pyrrolidone (NVP), allyl polyethylene glycol (APEG-1000), dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride (DMDAAC) and N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide (N-HAM). The optimum synthesis conditions were obtained by single factor experiment. Results The molar ratio of n(NVP), n(DMDAAC), n(N-HAM), n(APEG-1000) was 1∶2∶2∶0.3, reaction temperature was 60 ℃, reaction time was 6 h, and monomer concentration was 35%, the mass of initiator accounts for 0.3% of the total mass of monomer. The structure was consistent with the original design structure by FIRT and 1H NMR. Conclusion sExperiment results showed that when the dosage of inhibitor reaches 1.05%, it showed excellent inhibition effect under the ambient temperature of -18 ℃. The freezing temperature of hydrate could be as low as -7.5 ℃.
