硫酸盐还原菌检测方法研究进展

摘要:
国内外对硫酸盐还原菌(sulfate-reducing bacteria, SRB)已开展了众多测定方法研究,但这些方法应用条件各异,且普遍存在各方面限制,从而造成测量结果不精确的问题。本研究对硫酸盐还原菌的鉴定、量化和应用等方面的研究进展进行了综述,并分析其在各种情况下的应用情况。根据方法学的理论基础,主要基于细菌培养、遗传基因、特异性生物酶和生物传感器4大类原理,对SRB含量检测理论进行了分类,分析了其各自优缺点,并对其应用中面临的问题进行了剖析。同时,针对油气田中SRB评估与治理的现实需要,提出了硫酸盐还原菌含量测定与腐蚀活性监控技术的研究方向。

Abstract:
A lot of methodological studies have been carried out on sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) at home and abroad. However, these methods often have varying application conditions and limitations, leading to imprecise measurement results. This paper reviews the progress in the identification, quantification and application of sulfate-reducing bacteria, and analyse their application in various situations. According to the theoretical basis of the methodology, we classify the theory of SRB concentration detection, which is mainly based on the principles of four categories, namely, bacterial culture, genetic genes, specific bio-enzymes, and bio-sensors, and analyse their respective strengths and weaknesses, and analyse the problems faced in their application. On this basis, the research direction of sulfate-reducing bacteria content determination and corrosion activity monitoring technology is proposed in response to the real needs of sulfate-reducing bacteria assessment and management in oil and gas fields.
