摘要: |
利用高温高压釜模拟油田环境下09Cr2AlMoRE钢的CO2腐蚀行为,计算其平均腐蚀速率并对腐蚀产物进行分析。发现09Cr2A1MoRE在CO2腐蚀环境中主要是均匀腐蚀,平均腐蚀速率较大;其腐蚀产物膜主要成分为FeCO3但不同温度下其成分又各有不同。试验结果表明,该材料在CO2腐蚀环境中不具有优越性,使用时应充分考虑其使用环境。 |
